Jah Prayzah, Winky D and Tuku up for Bridal Gala

Men of the moment Jah Prayzah and Winky D team up with the legendary superstar Oliver Tuku Mtukudzi for the Sunday Mail Bridal Gala scheduled for April 1 and 2 at the Rainbow Towers Gardens in the capital.
The Sunday Mail Bridal Expo organizers are determined to bring a thriller show bearing in mind that Jah Prayzah and Winky D filled up the HICC last year and together with ‘Tuku’ large numbers will turn up.
“This year’s show will live up to its billing looking at how things are moving at this stage. We have signed in sought after musicians whom we feel proud to say they will fill up the venue,” said Zimpapers business manager Charity Gwata-Chirume.
She went on to say that they are promising people a memorable show which will make value for their money as the musicians they have teamed up with are magicians in the industry especially Mtukudzi who has a world record of making great hits for years.
Meanwhile, Winky D has expressed much enthusiasm to take part in such an event and seems ready to thrill fans to his best performances on which he holds an award from the ZimDanncehall Awards.
His manager, Jonathan Banda said the chanter is taking his time preparing for the show and is ready to let it roll.
“Winky is going to be at his usual best on the night and as a dynamic artist he has always managed to liven up any event. This is such a great opportunity where he has got to perform in a family friendly environment where family values are put first,” said Banda.
The same is with Jah Prayzah who has won the hearts of both the old and young with his captivating music and dancing styles.
His manager, Keen Mashapaidze gives an assurance for those who wolud attend the show saying that Jah will be in his best form ever.
“I assure fans a grand night, as usual Jah Prayzah will give his best of performance so I would like to urge people to come in their numbers. I would like to express my gratitude towards the organizers of the show for the honor of performing to couples who would be celebrating their union and love,” said Mashapaidze.
For the godfather Tuku who is a regular to this show, is taking things for the best as he will mesmerize couples to his soothinly warm tunes such as ‘Svovi Yangu’
“If you look at the line-up of artistes you can tell that these are some of the best musicians in the country, so it’s guaranteed that the event will be full of excitement. We are encouraging people to come with their families because this is a rare opportunity where you get to have such a line-up at a family friendly event,” said Gwata-Chirume.
Gwata-Chirume said tickets to the gala have started selling at $10 and they are available at Herald House, Star FM Studios and Zimpapers’ offices at Exhibition Park, the Expo is free.

The Sunday Mail Bridal Gala is an annual event that has been gaining popularity and many families, every year, look forward to this event.

There will be a lot of prizes for those who are going to buy tickets to the show which include a bridal package and LED televisions among other consolation prizes.
